Easyjet increases availability from Belfast

easyJet, the largest airline in Northern Ireland, has added 140,000 extra seats on sale from its Belfast airports.

The additional seats, which were previously served by Flybe, will maintain domestic connectivity and serve the growing demand for domestic travel.

easyJet is the UK carrier that operates the most seats on domestic flights. The additional seats offer customers in Northern Ireland more choices and direct convenient connections for both pleasure and business travel.

Passengers can now book flights from Belfast International to London Luton and Glasgow starting from £23.99* and to Manchester from £22.99*.

The airline has also announced two new year-round domestic routes from Belfast City to London Luton and Manchester, which will start in June.

The routes will help maintain connectivity between regions, with Manchester previously served by Flybe. easyJet now operates six routes from Belfast City to Bristol, Glasgow, Liverpool, London Gatwick, and now London Luton and Manchester.

Since re-launching operations from Belfast City in 2021 for the first time in over a decade with a route to London Gatwick, easyJet has rapidly expanded its offering at the city airport over the last two years.

Flights to London Luton and Manchester will take off for the first time on 26 June 2023 and will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays throughout the year.

easyJet will also base an aircraft in Belfast City overnight from June, providing customers with a new convenient 07.00 am departure to London Gatwick.

The airline will offer up to four daily flights between Belfast City and London from next summer, providing passengers with the option for longer day trips to the city.
