Jet2 Adds Five New Routes from London Luton for Summer 2026

Jet2 is expanding its footprint at London Luton Airport with the announcement of five brand-new routes set to take off for Summer 2026. Just weeks after launching their first flights from Luton, the airline is already adding to its growing list of sunshine getaways.

Starting May 21, 2026, Jet2 will operate twice-weekly flights to the sun-drenched Greek islands of Corfu and Kos, with services running through until October 29. This is perfect timing for holidaymakers looking to book early for the school summer holidays or escape the shoulder season crowds.

Not far behind, Skiathos will be added to the schedule with weekly departures from May 23 to October 10. The island, known for its lush landscapes and Mamma Mia! filming locations, is ideal for those wanting a picture-perfect retreat with crystal-clear waters and charming tavernas.

Also launching is a new weekly route to Preveza, another Greek gem offering access to the tranquil coastline of western Greece and the Ionian Sea. Flights will run from May 24 until November 1, extending late into autumn for anyone chasing some late-season sun.

Jet2 isn’t stopping at Greece. Menorca, one of the most laid-back and family-friendly Balearic Islands, will join the network from May 5 to October 30, with weekly flights offering a relaxed alternative to its livelier sister islands.

With these additions, Jet2 becomes the only airline operating direct routes from London Luton to Skiathos, Preveza, Girona, and Verona, giving holidaymakers more exclusive options straight from their local airport.

It’s not just new destinations getting attention—Jet2 is also increasing flight capacity to several popular hotspots for next summer. Expect more availability to Crete, Rhodes, Zante, Majorca, Fuerteventura, and Antalya, giving you even more flexibility when planning your summer escape.

According to Jet2’s CEO, the launch from London Luton has already been met with an overwhelmingly positive response, and these new routes are a direct result of customer demand for more choice, more destinations, and more convenient departures.

London Luton Airport is currently undergoing a major transformation too. A new terminal is in the works, part of a £2.4 billion renovation project set to be completed by 2040. Once finished, the expansion will double the airport’s capacity to 32 million passengers a year, positioning it as a key hub for low-cost and leisure travel in the UK.

So whether you’re dreaming of island-hopping in Greece, relaxing on a Spanish beach, or simply looking for new places to explore, Jet2’s expanding Luton schedule is worth keeping an eye on for your 2026 travel plans.

Prices for the new routes are expected to be released soon, with bookings likely to open in the coming weeks on Jet2Holidays.
