Starting on September 1, 2023, Qatar Airways will be reintroducing a non-stop flight from Doha to Auckland, operating seven days a week with a daily departure time of 01:50 local time. The airline will utilize an Airbus A350-1000 with 46 Business Class and 281 Economy Class seats, and Business Class passengers will have access to the highly regarded Qsuite.
According to His Excellency Mr. Akbar Al Baker, the Group Chief Executive of Qatar Airways, this new direct service is part of a series of recent route announcements and will enable passengers in key European markets, such as the UK and Ireland, to save time by connecting directly.
Business Class passengers travelling on the Auckland flights will also benefit from the enhanced privacy and luxury of the Qsuite, which was awarded the title of Best Business Class Seat in the World.
Bookings for the resumed service, beginning on September 1, 2023, are now open. Passengers who have previously booked travel after September 1, 2023, with tickets via Adelaide to Auckland will be re-accommodated accordingly.
