This charming Stockholm Horizon Vase was created by the Swedish design duo Bernadotte & Kylberg for the Danish label Stelton.Stelton came to prominence in 1967 with the introduction of its celebrated Cylinda line of serveware and tableware. Designed by Arne Jacobsen, the collection featured items such as tea and coffee sets, ice buckets, bowls and pitchers made from stylish stainless steel and distinguished by their harmonious cylindrical designs. Timeless in style and highly practical, the Cylinda collection is still popular today and now includes coffee makers, cocktail shakers and other essential household items. The firm has garnered a plethora of awards over the decades including many Danish Industrial Design prizes and the prestigious Red Dot Award in 2015 for its Stockholm Horizon Vase.With its lovely shades of blue and green, the Stockholm Horizon Vase was inspired by the rich colour of the waters around the Stockholm archipelago. Fashioned from aluminum and cold enamel, each vase is made by hand and thus is a distinctive one-of-a-kind item. Available in three sizes - 13 x 17cm, 16.6 x 22 cm and 20.3 x 24 cm - this delightful vase will make a stunning addition to any home.
