These round corner stainless steel scrapers are designed specifically for chipping hard growth from boat hulls and running gear. Our New Wave Scrapers utilize a heavy duty grip that is designed for use with a gloved hand and incorporates a web wedge that reduces fatigue in the thumb and forefinger by distributing the load on the web between them in the heaviest scrapping jobs. The robust hilt keeps the hand and fingers from sliding onto the blade. It's a high visibility neon / safety yellow color so it stands out - even underwater. The blades have rounded corners so they will not gouge fiberglass, bronze or nibral. The blades are fabricated from hardened 301 stainless steel for years of trouble free use in one of the harshest environments. All hardware is Series 316. The scrapers are available in 2", 4", 6" or 12" blade widths. Perfect for in the water use as well as on the hard at boatyards and marinas. Comes with a removable wrist lanyard to prevent loss.
