Restaurants Terms & Conditions

The Ultra All Inclusive meal plan starts with lunch on the arrival day from 13:00 and ends with breakfast on the departure day till 12:00 noon. Meals if missed can’t be compensated or replaced with other meals. Breakfast & lunch served only at Al Majlis main Restaurant. Dinner meal is served at Al Majlis, La Cucina and Sensasia restaurants. Prior reservation is required (24 hours in advance) for dinner at La Cucina or Sensasia restaurant. Extra charges will be applicable if guests want to get items out of the set menu. For Reservations, please use the booking stations at the entrance of Al Majlis Restaurant. Soft Ice cream will be served from 11:00 until sunset for kids only below 12 years old, at the pool bar. Ultra All Inclusive guests are entitled for 50% discount on all Food & beverage items that are not included in the Ultra All inclusive menu in all outlets. Discounts do not apply on special offers or other discounted items. In order to respect the local culture and to maintain the hotel decorum, please be aware that the dress code for dinner is recommended to be smart casual.

All the above drinks are served around the clock in all outlets during their operational hours. Drinks can also be served from the room service from 00:00 am till 06:30 last order. Turkish coffee is not included in the Ultra All Inclusive program. No food & Beverage should be taken out of the restaurants. Extra charges will be applied in case food is taken out of the Restaurants
