EasyJet crew have some very unusual outfits this week – Eurovision!

EasyJet, the national sponsor of this year’s Eurovision competition, is celebrating in style by dressing up its Liverpool-based flight crew in legendary Eurovision outfits. The outfits, inspired by the most memorable Eurovision moments, were chosen following a poll of 2,000 Brits.

Passengers flying in and out of Liverpool this week will be greeted by crew members dressed in iconic outfits such as ABBA lead singer Agnetha Fältskog’s famous blue satin and suede jumpsuit, Jedward’s futuristic holographic outfits from 2012, Bucks Fizz’s winning outfit from 1981, and Ukraine’s Ruslana.

EasyJet is offering up to 20% off selected flights until May 15 to celebrate its sponsorship of this year’s competition, which will be hosted in the UK on behalf of last year’s winners, Ukraine. Michael Brown, Director of Cabin Services at easyJet, expressed his excitement for the event, saying, “We couldn’t be prouder to be a national sponsor of this incredible event that brings together people from many different cultures in celebration of the universal language of music. Like this iconic competition, easyJet connects people, cultures, and communities across Europe and beyond.” He also noted that easyJet operates more seats between the UK and Eurovision countries than any other airline.

The airline’s crew members are equally excited about celebrating the event in their own way, with Brown adding, “Our crew couldn’t resist the opportunity to celebrate the competition in our own way – taking to the runway in the most iconic Eurovision looks of all time.”
