The Villas are elegantly designed across two levels, each offering distinct features to enhance your stay. On the lower level, you will find your private plunge pool, complete with sunbeds and a bar area (including a mini bar that is complimentary when you book with Blue Bay Travel!).
A fan positioned above the private pool and sunbeds is a true game-changer on those sweltering hot days, providing a refreshing breeze to keep you comfortable.

– Sumptuous Beds: Unlike the typically firm beds found throughout Thailand, the beds at TreeHouse Villas are super soft and incredibly comfortable, ensuring you have a restful night’s sleep.
– Stylish Bath and Shower: The bathrooms are equipped with both a luxurious bath and a stylish shower, allowing you to indulge in a relaxing soak or a refreshing rinse.
– Capsule Coffee Machine and a Range of Teas: For your convenience, each villa is equipped with a capsule coffee machine and a variety of teas, so you can enjoy your favourite beverage at any time.
– Complimentary Soft Drinks in the Mini Bar: The mini bar on the upper level is stocked with a selection of soft drinks, while alcoholic beverages are available in the downstairs mini bar.
– Balcony with Chairs: The upper level also features a balcony with comfortable chairs, perfect for sitting back and taking in the breathtaking sea views.
– Constant Air Conditioning: Unlike many other resorts, the air conditioning in your villa is always on, even when the keycard is not inserted. This means you will never return to a stuffy room. Despite this, the resort is committed to eco-friendly practices in other areas to minimise its environmental impact.
Food
So, you’re nestled in a treehouse in the heart of the jungle—what are your dining options? First and foremost, room service is always available. I found it incredibly convenient, often choosing to dine in the comfort of my heavenly treehouse (with very easy ordering from the resort app).
The resort boasts one dedicated restaurant called Roots, which serves a delightful mix of authentic Thai cuisine and Western classics. This poolside eatery is where you’ll enjoy your daily breakfast. Additionally, there are two more dining options available at the sister resort, Paradise Koh Yao. These include the Seafood Terrace, which specialises in fresh seafood dishes, and Al Fresco, offering a variety of Italian and Mediterranean fare.
Remote resorts often exploit their exclusivity by charging exorbitant prices for meals (looking at you, Maldives). However, at TreeHouse Villas, you’ll find the prices to be very reasonable. I found the cost of every dish I ordered to be fair and justifiable.
During my stay, I sampled a variety of both Thai and Western dishes, and each one was a culinary delight. The portion sizes were generous, and the presentation was impeccable. Whether you crave traditional Thai flavours or comforting Western classics, the dining experience here will not disappoint.

Food Selection: The breakfast spread at Roots is quite small but extremely well done, with choices catering to diverse tastes and preferences. From traditional Thai breakfast dishes to classic Western options, there is something for everyone. The buffet features a variety of fresh fruits, pastries, breads, cereals, and yoghourt, as well as made-to-order hot dishes.
Quality and Taste: Every dish I sampled was of the highest quality. The fresh tropical fruits were ripe and flavorful, the pastries were buttery and perfectly baked, and the hot dishes were cooked to perfection. I particularly enjoyed the made-to-order omelettes, which were fluffy and packed with fresh ingredients. The Thai breakfast options, such as the congee and noodle soups, were authentic and bursting with flavour.
Service: The service at breakfast was impeccable. The staff were attentive, friendly, and quick to accommodate any requests. They made sure that the buffet was consistently replenished and that guests’ needs were promptly met. Their warm hospitality added to the overall enjoyment of the meal.
By night
For a truly relaxing evening, head over to Sundowners, a bar shared with the sister resort, Paradise Koh Yao. Here, you can unwind with live music and a refreshing cocktail, making it the perfect way to end your day in this tropical paradise. The combination of soothing tunes, delicious drinks, and the serene ambiance ensures a memorable and enjoyable experience.
After sundown, you can return to Roots, which serves drinks until midnight. The nightlife at TreeHouse Villas is low-key, with many guests preferring to spend the evening in the comfort of their own villas. This relaxed atmosphere makes it easy to enjoy a quiet, intimate night in this beautiful setting.

A: The Treehouse Villas are adult only and primarily for couples seeking a romantic getaway. Families can stay at the sister property nextdoor, Paradise Koh Yao.
