TRIP I : FIXED GROUP DEPARTURE FOR NEPAL EVEREST BASE CAMP TREK WITH CULTURAL TOUR IN KATHMANDU 15 DAYS
2nd October, 2023 (Day 01) : Arrival at Kathmandu International Airport and transfer to hotel. Stay overnight at 3 star hotel in Kathmandu on twin / double sharing basis with breakfast.

3rd October, 2023 (Day 02) : Drive from Kathmandu to Ramechhap. Fly from Ramechhap to Lukla (2886m.) and it takes about 30 minutes. Trek from Lukla to Phakding (2640 m.) which takes approximately three hours.
You transfer to the domestic airport in Ramechhap for your flight to Lukla. Lukla is a small town with an airport. There are few tea shops, lodges, hotels and general stores. You begin today’s trek from Lukla following a gentle climb up the mountainside on the left bank of the Dudh Koshi river. Nupla (5885m) can be seen in the distance on the opposite bank, is a peak atop the Kongde Ridge. You descend a mountainside path that merges into your route to Everest, with views to a valley to your right; and at its far end, Kusum Kang (6367m.) The Dudh Kosi approaches as you pass a Mani wall and arrive at Ghat teahouse. You continue along a small path with many climbs and descents following the left bank of Dudh Koshi to Phakding. 4th October, 2023 (Day 03) : Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440 m.) and it takes approximately five hours. The trail starts along a level path along the right bank. Thamserku looms skyward on the opposite bank. You cross a stream and climb the terraced hill from the Dudh Koshi route, to arrive at Bengar. The trail now climbs from the riverbed on the left bank into the mountain, through a forest to Chumoa. You continue along a path with many ups and downs; cross a stream, and pass by the tiny village of Monjo. Now you descend the path of stone steps and return to the right bank over a wooden bridge. After a short climb you come to Jorsale’s teahouse and hotel, also stop at the National Park Service where a park entrance fee is collected. After your departure from Jorsale, you enter a forested mountainside. You follow a short walk along the riverbed of this V-shaped valley where the river forks – the right is the Dudh Koshi and the left is the Bhote Koshi that leads to Nampa La. After short distance along the Bhote Koshi, begin the steep ascent to Namche Bazar. As the mountain path zigzags uphill, you will emerge at a ridge top rest area that offers excellent views of Everest (8848m) and Lhotse (8516m.) The climb eases somewhat, and Namche Bazar appears ahead as you travel along the path surrounded by pines. Pass the plateau where the Saturday bazaar is held and enter the village. Namche Bazar (3440m) is surrounded on three sides by mountain ranges and opens out only where it faces the Bhote Koshi. The village is a central hub of the area and food, sundries and even mountain climbing equipment may be purchased here. Overnight at Tea House. Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
5th October, 2023 (Day 04) : Rest day at Namche Bazaar (3440 m.) for acclimatization. Namche is tucked away between two ridges amidst the giant peaks of the Khumbu and has an abundance of lodges, tea shops and souvenir shops as well as a magnificent outlook. It is an ideal place to spend a rest day for acclimatization to the high altitude before heading off towards Tyangboche. For the acclimatization you walk upto Khhumjung where you can visit monastery. Khhumjung is densely populated by Sherpa community. You can also enjoy the splendid views of Everest, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Nuptse, Lhotse, Tawche, Kwangde and so on. Or you can have an hour walk up to the Syangboche (3800m.) where Everest View Hotel is situated above Namche for the outstanding view of Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku and Kusum Kangaru. .There is also good views from the National Park Centre and Museum just above the town. 6th October, 2023 (Day 05) : Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tyangboche (3867 m.) which takes about five hours. Leave the village for a climb to the top of a ridge and level mountain path that offers an excellent panorama of Thamserku, Kantega, and Kusum Kangrib. To the right there is a steep cliff that drops down to the Dudh Koshi, faintly visible on the valley floor below. Make your way around a branch ridge, and Ama Dablam (6812m) Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse (7855m) and Tawoche (6501m) suddenly appear. After a gentle descent the mountain path ends; you will come to the fork leading to Gokyo. You descend past two tea houses through the village of Trashinga. Though you cannot see it, you can hear the Dudh Koshi and soon you descend to the river and arrive at Phunki Tenga. It is a long climb to Tyangboche; the first half is especially steep. As you climb through the forested zone, the incline eases and a splendid view appears. You continue climbing the mountainside diagonally until you come to the stone gate built by lamas which marks your entry into Tyangboche (3860m). You may use the large plateau in front of the splendid monastery as your campsite. There are a lodge and hotel managed by the National Park Service. Tyangboche is an important lookout point on this course, and the sunset on Everest and Ama Dablam is especially beautiful. Overnight at Tea House. Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
7th October, 2023 (Day 06) : Trek from Tyangboche to Dingboche (4260 m.) which takes approximately five hours. Leave Tyangboche and the Khumbu mountains as a backdrop-and descend a rhododendron covered area to emerge to a pleasant level area. Being welcomed by a long Mani stone wall you enter the village of Deboche. You continue to Minlinggo and leave the mountain path to cross over a suspension bridge to the left bank of the Imja Khola. Climb the mountain path while looking up at Ama Dablam and Kantega (6779m) as they appear on the opposite bank. Ascend the chorten-lined route, come to a fork, the upper path passes Pangboche and a monastery, take the lower path to Pangboche Olin and its stone wall-enclosed potato field. Pass through the village and cross a stream to a path skirting a rocky area to terraced hills along the riverbank. The trails climb slowly, winding above the Imjatse River, to a big Mani Stupa. From here, the walk is fairly moderate as you enter the Imjatse Valley beneath the mighty peaks of Ama Dablam, Nuptse and Lhotse with views of the eastern snow capped mountains including the Island Peak or Imjatse (6,189m). Dingboche is a beautiful patchwork of fields enclosed by stone walls protecting the crops of barley, buckwheat and potatoes from the cold winds and grazing animals. Overnight at Tea House. 8th October, 2023 (Day 07) : Rest day at Dingboche (4260 m.) for acclimatization. This is a remarkable day for acclimatization. There are some breathtaking views of the North face of Ama Dablam and the Lhotse-Nuptse ridge as you explore this beautiful valley that leads up to Island Peak. The walk is short with a good chance to relax in the afternoon. You have another option as you can hike upto Chhukum. From here you can enjoy the panoramic view of Island peak, Ama Dablaml, Makalu, Tawoche peak and others. On the same day you come back to Dingboche and have rest. Overnight at Tea House. 9th October, 2023 (Day 08) : Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche (4930 m.) which takes about five and half hours. The onward journey leads north for up to 50-minutes until you come to a mani-prayer Stupa. The trail is gentle looking down to Pheriche village below. Today’s walk offers views of the MtTawache, Ama Dablam and to the north-Pokalde (5741m), Kongma-tse (5820m) and the great wall of Nuptse. After two hours walk, the trail from Pheriche joins near Dugla (4595m) before a small wooden bridge over the river of Khumbu glacier. You stop at Dugla, for lunch, before continuing for an hour up a steep hill to the top, where there are views of Mt. Pumori and other peaks west of Everest. After a short break, continue trekking up to Lobuche, hidden and sheltered from the wind. Overnight at Tea House. Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
10th October (Day 09) : Trek from Lobuche to Everest Base Camp (5486m.) via Gorakshep (5180m.) and it takes about seven hours. Trek up the valley following the rocky moraine path, view icy glacial pond and icebergs down below of Khumbu glacier. After the last rocky moraine dunes, a short downhill walk brings you to Gorakshep, the flat field below Kala Patthar (5545m) and Mt. Pumori (7145m.) Gorakshep is the location of the original Everest Base Camp with the new camp being further up the valley. Now the trail winds through rocky path and Khumbu glacier. The view of Nuptse, Lho-La and Khumbutse appears at the front of you. Sometime the avalanche can be seen on the way. After a great moment, you retrace back passing through Khumbu glacier with magnificent views of Lobuche, Cholatse, Mt. Pumori and Tabuche. Overnight at Tea House. 11th October, 2023 (Day 10) : Trek from Gorakshep to Kala Patthar (5545m.) and trek to Pheriche (4243m.) and it takes about six hours. You accomplish an early morning climb to Kala Patthar (5545m.) and enjoy the view of sunrise. From Kala Patthar you can have a panoramic view of Mt. Everest and many other mountain peaks like Mt. Pumori, Mt. Lingtren, Mt. Khumbetse, Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Ama Dablam, Mt. Thamserku and many more
Pheriche is the place where one can make phone calls to any part of the world. You can see the mountain Yaks in Pheriche. Yaks are normally regarded as the porters in this area. The town of Pheriche is known as windy town. There you can see the perpendicular walls of Cholatse and Tawache. There is located Himalayan Rescue Association Aid Post and foreign volunteer doctors are to provide medical treatment to trekkers as well as local people. Overnight at Tea House. 12th October, 2023 (Day 11) : Trek fromPheriche to Namche (3440m/11283) which takes about six and half hours.
Today you’ll be trekking from Pheriche all the way back to Namche Bazaar. While this route comes out to be about 15 kilometers, the going is significantly easier now that you’re descending. You should be able to make good time as you follow the trail along the watercourse of the Imja Khola, crossing suspension bridges and passing by the familiar sights of Pangboche and Tengboche. Consider stopping for a relaxing lunch in the little town of Phungi Thanga or Kyangjuma before continuing to descend through pleasant woodlands. After another two or three hours on the trail, you’ll find yourself back in Namche Bazaar. Enjoy an evening mingling with other trekkers who are still on their way to Everest Base Camp. You’ll overnight at a guesthouse in Namche Bazaar. Today’s breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included.Day 14: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2886 m.) and it takes about six hours. The last day of your trek leads from Namche Bazaar via Monjo to Lukla. The trek is pleasant, except for few short uphill climbs and then down to the Bhote- Koshi River crossing it three times. 13th October, 2023 (Day 12) : Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2886 m.) and it takes about six hours. The last day of your trek leads from Namche Bazaar via Monjo to Lukla. The trek is pleasant, except for few short uphill climbs and then down to the Bhote- Koshi River crossing it three times. Pashupatinath Temple : Situated 5 kilometers east of Kathmandu City, Pashupatinath temple is one of the holiest temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. Situated amidst a lush green natural setting on the bank of the sacred Bagmati river, the temple built in pagoda style has jilted roof and richly carved silver doors Visitors will be permitted to view the temple from the east bank of Bagmati River, entrance in the temple being strictly forbidden to all non Hindus Pashupatinath is the centre of annual pilgrimage on the day of shivaratri which falls in the month of February/March. Behind the temple are the cremation grounds.
Boudhanath Stupa : This Stupa, 8 kilometers east of Kathmandu City, is one of the biggest in the world of its kind. It stands with four pairs of eyes in the four cardinal direction keeping watch for righteous behaviour and human prosperity. This Buddhis Stupa was built by King Man Deva at the advice of the Goddess Mani Jogini. It is built on an octagonal base inset with prayer wheels. The shrine is ringed by houses of Lamas or Buddhist priest.
Bhaktapur (1,401m) covers an area of four square miles. Bhaktapur or the city of devotees still retains a medieval charm and visitors to this ancient town are treated to myriad wonders of cultural and artistic achievements. The past glory of the Malla rules continues to be reflected at the Darbar Square. Pottery and waving are its traditional industries. Bhaktapur is famous for woodcarving and the traditional topi or cap. The city lies about 14 km east of Kathmandu. The places of interest include Bhaktapur Darbar Square, the National Are Gallery, Nyatapola Temple, Bhairavnath Temple, Dattatreya Temple and Dattatreya Square.
Bhaktapur Durbar Square: The main square of the city contains innumerable temples and other architectural showpieces such as lion gate, the golden gate, the statue of King Bhupatindra Malla, Dattatraya Temple etc.
A magnificent statue of King Bhupatindra Malla in the act of worship is placed on a column facing the palace. It was listed in the UNESCO world Heritage Monument List in 1979.
Palace of 55 Windows: Being built by King Yaksha Mall in 1427 A.D. and remodeled by King Bhupatindra Malla in 17th Century, the balcony and the windows are intricately carved, is a masterpiece of wood carving.
Nyatapola Temple: This five storied Pagoda Style temple was built by King Bhupatindra Malla in 1708 A.D. well known for its massive structure and subtle workmanship. It is the tallest pagoda structure in the Kathmandu valley.

Patan Durbar Square, like its counterpart in Kathmandu, is an enchanting mélange of palace buildings, artistic courtyards and graceful pagoda temples. Listed as a World Heritage Site, the former royal palace complex is the center of Patan’s religious and social life, and houses a museum containing an array of bronze statues and religious objects. One remarkable monument here is a 17th-century temple dedicated to the Hindu god Krishna, built entirely of stone

Today you will drive to Pokhara early in the morning by a private vehicle. You will cover the total distance of 210 km between Kathmandu and Pokhara along the snaky highway. You will take Tribhuvan Highway from Kathmandu to Naubiseand then continue the journey straight on the Prithvi Highway to Pokhara. Throughout the drive, you will witness the beauty of Trishuli River, Marshyangdi River, terraced hill settlements and amazing mountain views on a clear day. 7th October, 2023 (Day 04) : Drive to Nayapul – approx. 2 hrs, and trek to Tikhedhunga (1540m) – approx. 3/4 hrs.
After breakfast, you will set off to Nayapul through beautiful green hills of Annapurna region. In about 2 hours you will reach Nayapul, the starting point of ourAnnapurna Base Camp trek. The trail starts with easy down and flat walk before starting the gentle climbing to Tikhedhunga, a small village and first night stopover of manyAnnapurna treks. Overnight at Tea House. 8th October, 2023 (Day 05) : Trek to Ghorepani (2860m) – approx 6/7 hrs
You will have breakfast in the hotel and start our trekking to Ghorepani; one of the most important destinations of our trek. The trek starts after crossing the Modi River through a suspension bridge. Right after crossing the bridge you will have to make a steep climbing for an hour or a little more to reach Ulleri Village (2080m). Continuing the trekking through the Rhododendron forests, you will reach our destination for today;Ghorepani Village. These Rhododendron forests look amazing during March – Late April. The village is one of the biggest villages of the whole trekking and offers you beautiful views of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Mt. Fishtail, Dhaulagiri range etc. Overnight at Tea House. 9th October, 2023 (Day 06) : Excursion Poon Hill (3210m) and trek to Tadapani (2590m) – approx 6/7 hrs
You will have an early-morning excursion up to Poon Hill (3210m) for amazingly brilliant sunrise and panoramic view of high Himalaya. It takes about 45 minutes and 400 meter walk up to the view point. After enjoying the sunrise and mountain view, we will come back to hotel for breakfast. Then you will trek to Tadapani (2540m), a mountain village offering a great view of Annapurna South and Machhapuchhre. Overnight at Tea House. Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
10th October, 2023 (Day 07) : Trek to Sinuwa (2300m) – 6/7 hrs
Leaving Tadapani, the trail descends down through forest and you can hear birds chirping. After walking down about 45 minutes the trail goes very steep downhill through the terraced field to KimrungKhola, cross the suspension bridge towards Gurjung. The trail ascends up after Gurjung village for 45 minutes, then straight walk to Sinwa at the elevation of 2170m. It takes about 6-7 hours from Tadapani to Sinwa. Overnight at Tea House. 11th October, 2023 (Day 08) : Trek to Himalaya (2900m) – approx. 5/6 hrs
Today, the trail continues gently up till the ridge and the level trail through the rhododendron forests until reaching Bamboo which takes about 2 hours. Again, the trail continues through the bamboo forests till Dovan for about 1 hour. You will have lunch here. After lunch, the trek starts climbing up through the rhododendron forests until reaching Himalaya in about 1 and half hour. Overnight at Tea House. Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
12th October, 2023 (Day 09) : Trek to Machhapuchhre Base Camp (3700m) – approx. 5/6 hrs
You will start the day by hiking a pleasant ascent, making our way through streams and falls until a steep ascent to Hinku and further small but steep hike to Deurali. Immediately after Deurali, the damp trees of lush green forest change into drier grassy land. The trail is more relaxed from here onwards but undergoes one of the most adventurous sections being it prone to avalanche. The views of distant Machhapuchhre become more dominant and you get the first glimpse of majestic Annapurna. On this day you will start to feel the effect of altitude. Overnight at Tea House. 13th October, 2023 (Day 10) : Early morning to Annapurna Base Camp (4130m) – approx. 3/4hrs and back to MBC, Continue trek to Bamboo (2345m) – approx. 4/5 hrs
Early in the morning, you move towards Annapurna Base Camp from where you will have one of the best 360-degree views of the mountains at close quarters. With the glimpse of sunrise over Mt Annapurna I, Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, and Machhapuchhre and fond memories, you will retrace the journey back to Bamboo. Overnight at Tea House. 14th October, 2023 (Day 11) : Trek to Jhinudanda (1780 m) – approx. 5 hrs
After breakfast, the trail goes right down to Chomorong. Then the path steeply descends to JhinuDanda. Jhinudandais a popular and beautiful hilltop popular for its natural hot spring, where you can relax in the hot water enjoying the view of nearby Modi River. Overnight at Tea House. 15th October, 2023 (Day 12) : Trek to Nayapul – approx. 3/4 hrs and drive back to Pokhara (approx 1.5 hrs), Evening at Lake Side
After breakfast you will trek to Nayapul viaBirethanti, the point where Annapurna Base Camp ends. It takes about 3/4 hours’ walk to Nayapul then you will drive to Pokhara by private car or van. In the evening, you are free to do your activities, like relaxing, strolling along the lakeside etc. Stay overnight at 3 star Hotel in Pokhara on twin / double sharing basis with breakfast. 6th October, 2023 (Day 02) : Sightseeing tour of Pashupatinath, Boudhanath & Kathmandu Durbar Square. Stay overnight at 3 star Hotel in Kathmandu on twin / double sharing basis with breakfast.

Pashupatinath Temple : Situated 5 kilometers east of Kathmandu City, Pashupatinath temple is one of the holiest temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. Situated amidst a lush green natural setting on the bank of the sacred Bagmati river, the temple built in pagoda style has jilted roof and richly carved silver doors Visitors will be permitted to view the temple from the east bank of Bagmati River, entrance in the temple being strictly forbidden to all non Hindus Pashupatinath is the centre of annual pilgrimage on the day of shivaratri which falls in the month of February/March. Behind the temple are the cremation grounds.
Boudhanath Stupa : This Stupa, 8 kilometers east of Kathmandu City, is one of the biggest in the world of its kind. It stands with four pairs of eyes in the four cardinal direction keeping watch for righteous behaviour and human prosperity. This Buddhis Stupa was built by King Man Deva at the advice of the Goddess Mani Jogini. It is built on an octagonal base inset with prayer wheels. The shrine is ringed by houses of Lamas or Buddhist priest.
Kathmandu Durbar Square is one of the most popular tourist destination is enlisted in World Heritage Sites. Clustered around the central Durbar Square are the old Royal Palace (Hanuman Dhoka), numerous interesting temples, the Kumari Chowk or Kumari Bahal (House of the Living Goddess) and the Kasthamandap (House of Wood) from which Kathmandu derived its present name. An inquisitive exploration in the Durbar Square reveals the ancient art and architecture of Nepal which has proved to be a masterpiece to everyone accepting its genuineness.
7th October, 2023 (Day 03) : Drive from Kathmandu to Syabru Besi (1400m)– approx. 7/8 hours
The road climbs high over ridges as it leaves the Kathmandu Valley, and provides impressive views of the Annapurna Himalayas in the west, to Manaslu, Ganesh Himal and the peaks of the Langtang region ahead.
We drive through the bustling town of Trisuli before climbing towards Dunche and the Langtang National Park. After the town of Dunche it is another hour downhill to Syabru Besi and your lodge for the night. Overnight at Tea House. Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
8th October, 2023 (Day 04) : Trek from Syabru Besi (1600m.) to Lama Hotel (2470m.) – approx. 4/5 hours
The first part of the trail crosses through Bhote Koshi and follows the Langtang Khola. This trail is gradually ascent up to Bamboo passing through Landslide. Afterwards, you trek ascends gently to Rimche (2400m.) through Bamboo (1960m.) which lies at the bank of Langtang Khola. You can have lunch at this place if you like. And at the end your trail is level to the Lama Hotel. En route you could see red pandas, monkey and bear if you are lucky. Overnight at Tea House. Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
9th October, 2023 (Day 05) : Trek from Lama Hotel to Mundu (3550 m) via Langtang village– approx. 6/7 hours
You will trek through forest, waterfalls with occasional glimpses of Langtang Lirung. Once you reach Ghora Tabela (3,000 m.) the trail emerges from the forest and the white peaks of the Langtang range welcome you. The trail continues to climb gently and the valley widens, passing a few temporary settlements used by herders who bring their livestock to graze in the high pastures during the summer. Continue your walk passing through a Buddhist Monastery to the Langtang Village which was totally wiped out during the devastating earthquake of 2015. It’s a history now that there was a beautiful village with lots of local inhabitants running tea houses for the visitors in this area. Further trek for around half an hour to reach Mundu. Overnight at Tea House. Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
10th October, 2023 (Day 06) : Trek from Mundu to Kyangjin Gompa (3800m) – approx. 4/5 hours
Early in the morning Mundu to Kyanjin Gompa trek start with crossing impressive ‘mani wall’, watermills, chortens, prayer wheels and by the largest Mani wall in Nepal made from the stone with prayers written on them. Trail ascends gradually crossing several small streams with wooden cantilever bridges and moraines. You will be surrounded with a jaw-dropping Himalayan panorama of mountains. Overnight at Tea House. Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
11th October, 2023 (Day 07) : Acclimatization at Kyangjin Gompa (3800m)
Today is the day to let our body acclimatize to the high altitude and also explore this beautiful land of Langtang. Since the elevation is high, we will be getting stunning views of the Himalayas ranges. Also, sightings of the glaciers will be seen too. A day full of exploration remains as there is so much to do. We will be visiting the monastery that portrays the religion; Buddhism and we may also get to see the monks do their prayer. The cheese factory would also be another compulsory visit as it is interesting to see. Besides these, we also have optional hikes to LangshisaKharka and the viewpoint of TserkoRi (5,450m/17,880ft). This will be the highest point of the trek. TserkoRi is the best place to see the peaks like LangtangLirung (7,227m), Langtang II (6,586m), and many more. Yet another viewpoint, technically a high point of Langtang trek called Kyanjin Ri (4,773m / 15,655 ft) with a majestic view around Langtang range, As the sun begins to set, we will return to Kyanjin Gompa. 12th October, 2023 (Day 08) : Trek from Kyangjin Gompa to Lama Hotel – approx. 6/7 hours
On this day, you’ll leave the Himalayas behind and descend from Kyanjin Gompa. You’ll hit the trail after breakfast and retrace the route back to Lama Hotel. At first, you’ll follow the path adorned in chortens, prayer flags, and mani wall towards Langtang village. You’ll then walk through the barren lands towards Ghoda Tabela.
Furthermore, you’ll continue the downhill track and walk past occasional waterfalls and spectacular landscapes. The trail then traverses through woodland alongside the Langtang Khola to reach Riverside. The short, gradual walk from Riverside will lead to Lama Hotel for overnight stay. Overnight at Tea House. Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
13th October, 2023 (Day 09) : Trek from Lama Hotel to Syabrubesi – approx. 5/6 hours
This day you trek flat leveled path until you reach Sherpa Gaon (2500 m.) passing through terraces and green hills. This part is really pleasant and picturesque. Sherpa Gaon is a Sherpa village with amazing tradition and Buddhist culture. There are houses made of stone, wood and zinc and few modern houses. The next part of your trek is full of ups and downs till Bhanjyang village. At this point you will be amazed by the views of Ganesh Himal in panorama, Kerung peak of Tibet and many others. Finally, you trek goes steep down to Wangal and then you trek gradually descent path to Kerung river, cross the suspension bridge over it and now it merely takes about 15 minutes to reach your destination, Syabru Besi. There is new settlement as people from far villages have migrated here. You find a small market and few guest houses. Overnight at Tea House. Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
14th October, 2023 (Day 10) : Drive from Syabrubesi to Kathmandu – approx. 8/9 hours
You drive through scenic foothills and ridgeline vistas to Kathmandu. The first part of your drive up to Trishuli Bazaar is through gravel and bumpy road and then well paved road up to Kathmandu. Stay overnight at 3 star hotel in Kathmandu on twin / double sharing basis with breakfast.
15th October, 2023 (Day 11) : Transfer to Chitwan National Park for 2 nights 3 days Chitwan Jungle Safari Tour.
Early morning 30 minutes sweeping wonderful flight to Nepalgunj over the Himalayan foothills, overlooking stunning views of the snow capped peaks. On arrival at Nepalgunj you will be transferred by private vehicle to Chitwan National Park, one of Asia’s finest wildlife areas. Foraging rhinos can frequently be seen from the camp itself and, occasionally during the spring, herds of gaur that descend to the plains. Tiger sightings are also possible. Activities include elephant safaris, game drives, nature walks, and canoe-rides. The cool winter evenings are spent round a campfire. Overnight in Chitwan with all meals.
16th October, 2023 (Day 12) : At Chitwan. Overnight in Chitwan with all meals.
The National Chitwan Park is widely acknowledged as one of the best national parks in Asia, it lies in the Terai region of southern Nepal. Diverse combination of nature is found here in Chitwan National Park providing a perfect habitat of wildlife. It harbors many globally threatened species including the Royal Bengal Tiger, great one-horned Rhino, Gharial crocodile, Asian Elephant, Sloth bear, Leopard etc.
During your stay in Chitwan National Park you are going to come through various nature and cultural activities such as:
Canoe Trip : You can enjoy canoe trip on either The Rapti River or The Budhi Rapti River which border the National Park. You can see two types of crocodiles, the Gharial and Mugger basking on the river bank.
Bird Watching : For the bird watchers, it is Paradise Island with over 450 species of exotic birds of domestic as well as migratory birds. Many are threatened, e.g. the Great pied hornbill, Bengal Florican, Peregrine falcon, lesser adjutant storks, etc. A bird watching trip will be a memorable experience.
Jeep Safari : Jeep safari is one of best opportunity to see the wildlife in Chitwan National Park which provides you the opportunity to take snap of wildlife and the view around you. While travelling we will able to see one-horned rhino, bengal tiger, spotted deer and many more.
Nature Walk : Our experienced naturalists will accompany you to the more specialized habitats. This is the ideal opportunity to explore and experience at closer quarters and beauty of the flora and fauna. Elephant Breeding Centre : This is the first Elephant breeding centre in Asia. You can see baby elephants socializing with their parents and other babies. This centre is government owned and its purpose is to raise the young elephants, and to train them to convey tourist around the region.
Village Tour : Excursion in Tharu village will grant you an exhilarating experience. Tharus are the indigenous inhabitant of the Terai. We offer guided cultural tours to meet the people and experience their traditional self-sufficient way of life.
Cultural Program : In the evening you will get an opportunity to be a part of Tharu folk dance. The drummers and symbolic stick dancers perform traditional movements and invite guests to join them in this rhythmic display. Such cultural shows performed by Tharus will be an unforgettable experience. The Tharus in traditional colorful costumes, unique in their disparity with the common mode of dress all over Nepal, are sure to captivate you.
Elephant Bathing : Your guide will take you to the specific place where you can observe elephant bathing.
Crocodile Walk : One more option is to go for crocodile walk. It goes through grassland and forest along the bank of Rapti / Narayani river.
